Activation & Winterization Pricing

We want to be open and transparent with our clients! All Spring Activation and Cold Weather Winterization prices are all inclusive and up front. Pricing is based on how many Irrigation Zones your system has. If you are unsure of how many zones you have - no worries! We can help figure that out. The only additional charges would be for things you request - repairs, additions, and modifications to your system.

Activation for Systems with 1-9 Zones

Spring System Activations are done after the last anticipated freeze of the year. We do this when you're ready to get your lawn ready for the nice weather & your yard BBQ ready!

Mid Season for Systems with 1 to 9 Zones

$75

Mid Season checkups are an optional service for those who want us to check on your systems overall health. We find this most useful if you have an older system or concerns about your system.

Winterization for Systems with 1 to 9 Zones

$115

Keep your system safe with a full Irrigation System Winterization. We blow out the lines and do a system check before shutting things down for the winter

Larger System Prices: 10 to 20 Zones are $120 for Activation, $100 for Mid Season Checkup, and $135 for Winterization. 20 zones and up are $150 for Activation, $130 for Mid Season Checkup, and $180 for Winterization. Residential only. Commercial rates vary.

Service Call Hourly Rate

Discounts apply for larger jobs over 4 hours.

Sprinkler Heads

Common Sprinkler Head types include 4" Rotary Heads, Mini Rotary, and Spray Heads.

Our Team may use a combination of head types that best suits your property.

Larger or specialized head prices may vary.

Valves

Irrigation valves are the heart of your irrigation system. Each system has multiple valves to control each zone/station.

They are enclosed in durable valve boxes to protect from the elements and provide easy access for maintenance ($95 for VB)

Hydrawise Controller

Our most popular controller is the Hunter HPC. This is a modular (expandable) unit that is controlled by Wi-Fi and uses Hydrawise Software to save water and money!

Larger Systems use expansion modules to accommodate additional zones. Modules range from $99.99 to $299.99 based on zone count.

Rain-Clik Sensor (Wireless)

To prevent water waste, built-in Quick Response® technology instantly shuts down irrigation as soon as it starts raining.

The current New Jersey law requires systems installed after September 8, 2000 to be equipped with an operational rain sensor
